She helped find many amazing homes for me and listened to my needs and wants when it came to what I was looking for in a home. I was very happy with her services! She would call/text me late at night if I had a question that I needed answered. She was always available and even contacted me while on vacation with her family. Person performing the closing with Colonial Title in N. Canton was rushed, inpatient and sometimes arrogant and rude. He did not want to clarify questions and even said he too busy and asked us to come back another day if we had more questions. Note, this was only 5-10 min into the closing. Note though that Peggy Johnston was very pleasant and helpful throughout the process.
