The additional challenge of our septic system created a lot of sleepless nights but Peggy kept us confidant and moving forward ! We appreciate her expertise and experience . She was always available and had answers when we needed them . It is not always easy when you are representing both the seller and buyer but she had an honest approach that worked well for both parties! And she was helpful when our lack of technical skills were an issue . Thanks for guiding through , we will share our positive experience with others !
