Peggy is the consummate professional and was invaluable in helping us with each step of the process. Peggy promptly responded to our texts or calls and her 40+ years of experience reassured us that we were working with an agent who knew the market backwards and forwards. That was key to us remaining as calm as possible throughout the process. Even though we had never met Peggy prior, we immediately felt like we were working with a trusted friend who had our best interests at heart. Even after the sale had completed, there was an issue with our missing cat and Peggy 'volunteered' to come and pick up the cat and ship him to our new home if he showed up after we were moved out of state. That was not expected but greatly appreciated and further demonstrated the type of person Peggy is. Thankfully the cat showed up the next morning but it was comforting to know that Peggy was willing to go above and beyond if needed!
