Julie Worstell is the consummate professional real estate agent that most importantly LISTENS to her client and works tirelessly for them. You are made to feel like you are her only client. She will ask you pertinent questions regarding your wants,, needs,, and desires along with any specific demographics you require in a home and its location in order for you to make a decision. If she cannot answer a question,, she has expert resources available to her to provide you with an answer. Julie always puts the interest of her client first and will set up a time that is best for you on showings,, delivering paperwork,, discussing home inspections,, changing utilities,, negotiating a solid sales contract,, and attending your loan closing if needed. She is through,, dedicated,, and very thoughtful and keeps you informed on a timely basis. She cares the same for a grandiose sale or a modest sale for her client. That is why I will ask Julie Worstell to sell the same house this coming winter for the same reasons listed above when I bought it.
