Peggy was really wonderful to work with. She knew I was a first time home buyer and walked with me every step of the way with this new process. She helped find many amazing homes for me and listened to my needs and wants when it came to what I was looking for in a home. I was very happy with her services! Person performing the closing with Colonial Title in N. Canton was rushed, inpatient and sometimes arrogant and rude. He did not want to clarify questions and even said he too busy and asked us to come back another day if we had more questions. Note, this was only 5-10 min into the closing. Note though that Peggy Johnston was very pleasant and helpful throughout the process.
