I would highly recommend Julie Worstell as your realtor. She appreciates your emotional attachment to your home and points out the positives. She is willing to go beyond realtor duties such as be at your home even if other realtors are showing it and being there for appraisals, termite and radon inspection. She is professional, but more importantly very friendly. She will become your friend!
